Customer Toilets

Male, female and disabled toilet facilities are all located on the first floor (accessed via stairs, escalator or the lift from the ground floor). There is also an additional toilet for Disabled shoppers on the ground floor – next to the lift.

Additional toilets are also available for customers of Costa within the store.

Baby Changing

Our Baby Change facility is located on the first floor (accessed via stairs, escalator or the lift from the ground floor).

The facility includes a nappy vending machine for customers’ convenience.

Centre Management & Security

Our friendly Centre Management Team is responsible for the security, maintenance and cleanliness of the centre. Members of the team can be found at their base in the Centre Security Office (located past the toilets, along the corridor through the next door leading to the exit).

First Aid

Members of our Security Team are first aid trained and are also trained on how to use the centre’s defibrillator. The centre has a defibrillator located by Co-op Healthcare.

Free ATMs

HSBC located on Market Place is part of Cannock Shopping Centre and offers free ATMs.

Lost Property

Our Security Team is responsible for any lost property found in the centre. If you have lost or found an item please see a member of the team. Alternatively please call them on 01543 504411 to discuss a missing item.

Photo Booth

There is a photo booth located on the first floor of the shopping centre.
