It’s not long to go until Mother Day’s Day on Sunday 30 March! If you’ve not got a gift sorted yet, don’t worry – head to Cannock Shopping Centre and pick up the perfect present. Here’s our gift guide to help you with your shopping trip:
Pamper your Mum
If you’re looking for some perfume or other wellbeing products, then Bodycare and Holland and Barrett are good places to have a look around – you could perhaps create a basket of different items as a gift hamper. Kiss & Makeup also have great offers on the latest perfumes and make-up, so pop by to see them too and have a browse. Don’t forget that Savers Health & Beauty has also recently opened at the centre – so pop by there too and check out the latest bargains.
For the Keep-fit Mums
JD Sports is the place to go for some great sports clothes or accessories. You’re bound to find something your Mum will like if she’s into sports!
For the Mums who love jewellery
The window displays in Chatwin Jewellers are some of our favourite windows to look through – with so many lovely pieces of jewellery and small gifts on display. Come have a look yourself if you would like to get your Mum something special.
Keeping it local
Within Cannock Shopping Centre, if you head up the escalators you will find the Market Hall area. In here are independent traders stocking a variety of goods. Come have a browse around and you’ll be supporting independent stalls when you buy your Mother’s Day gift! Trendy Tanya is located at the top of the Escalators too – this independent shop sells some lovely womenswear, if you wanted to treat your Mum to a new outfit.
Get crafting
If you want to create an individual, unique gift for your Mum, then there’s several places you can pick up crafting supplies. We have The Works, who stock a range of crafting kits and craft items. Also, in the Market Hall area there is Stitch and Knit Haberdashery and GA Fabrics – so you can pick up fabric, wool and other items to get crafting with.
Give back to the community
If you would like to be more sustainable then you could have a look in the Mind Shop to see if you can find a pre-loved gift. You’ll also be donating money to a good cause at the same time.
Plan a family trip out
F.A. Entertainment, newly opened in the Centre, is the perfect place to take your Mum if you fancy organising a family trip out (perhaps plan ahead and book something in for the Easter School Holidays). With Escape Rooms, Mini Golf and more there’s lots to entertain. For more information and to book, head to their website here.
And don’t forget the card!
When you’ve picked the perfect present, remember to head to Enchanted Cards & Gifts to get a Mother’s Day card – they also sell helium balloons and other small gifts, if you’re looking for a small add-on gift.
Once you’ve finished your shopping trip, why not drop by to Costa Coffee to have a drink and treat yourself – you’ve earnt it!
