Cannock Shopping Centre was full of festive cheer this weekend as Santa stopped off to spread some Christmas joy.

Not only was Santa in the Centre, live festive music was provided by Cannock Ex-Servicemen’s Male Voice Choir, creating a great atmosphere as the shopping centre buzzed with shoppers buying last minute gifts. Additionally Santa’s elves from charity Leukaemia Care were in the centre to raise money as the official charity partner of Cannock Shopping Centre over the festive period.

Cannock Shopping Centre Manager Susi McCarthy commented:

“It’s been a really great day and a fabulous way to celebrate the last Saturday before Christmas. We’ve had approximately 100 children come to see Santa including our youngest visitor who was a 4 week old baby! The Male Voice Choir was very well popular and gave a great festive atmosphere. We hope all the shoppers here today enjoyed it and it’s nice to see our retailers so busy.”
