An egg-ceptional result for Cannock Shopping Centre’s Easter Egg Appeal
Cannock Shopping Centre was delighted to present S.N.A.P (Special Needs Adventure Playground) with well over 250 eggs on Wednesday 1st April, just in time for Easter.
The centre launched its Easter Egg Appeal last month and invited local people to donate an extra Easter egg to the children’s charity based in Cannock. In total 299 eggs were received from generous shoppers, local residents and staff at the centre.
There were a variety of drop off points within the centre including Farmfoods, Co-op Healthcare, Argos, 99p Plus +, Ryman Stationery and Specsavers and as well as Energie Fitness for Women on Hollies Park Road which also received eggs for the appeal.
Carol Turner at S.N.A.P, commented:
“We cannot believe how many eggs were donated to Cannock Shopping Centre’s Easter Egg Appeal. We have been absolutely blown away by everyone’s generosity and on behalf of the children here at S.N.A.P I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated and all the staff who helped promote the appeal.”
Natal Chapman, Centre manager at Cannock Shopping Centre, added:
“We are amazed by how generous local residents have been and I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone that donated. We have held a variety of fundraising activities at the centre and each time our shoppers prove just how generous they can be but this really has blown us away. Thank you all once again.”
